Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a pneumatic actuation system (1) for machining aggregates, in particular equipped with at least one machine tool, said pneumatic actuation system (1) being connectable to an air supply line (2), comprising at least one piston-cylinder assembly (3, 3a), having a cylinder (31, 31a) and a piston (32, 32a), wherein said cylinder (31, 31a) has a first chamber (33, 33a), such that, when said first chamber (33, 33a) is supplied with compressed air, said piston (32, 32a) is actuated so as to allow the actuation of the respective machining aggregate, and a pressure adjustment and control unit (U), which can be connected to said air supply line (2), characterised in that said adjustment and control unit (U) is configured for switching and sending upon command the compressed air coming from said air supply line (2) on said first chamber (33, 33a) of said cylinder (31, 31a) of said at least one piston-cylinder assembly (3, 3a).The present invention also relates to a machine tool (7).
