Displaying the chat user interface including an input field for receiving text and a display window for displaying user messages and interactive real-time data. Receiving text 520 representing a request for interactive real-time data 320, processing the text using natural language processing NLP and generating request data. Establishing a communication link to a storage device that stores the first interactive real-time data based on the request data. Receiving the interactive real-time data 320 from the storage device, displaying the first interactive real-time data in the display window, and updating 550 the first interactive real-time data displayed in the display window based on an update to the first interactive real-time data made at the storage device.
