Zusammenfassung:A method of manufacturing a heat exchanger (10) with cold layers and hot layers is described herein, the method comprising: manipulating each of the cold layers such that each of the cold layers includes a tapered side profile; arranging the cold (42) and hot layers (44) into an alternating pattern such that each of the hot layers (44) is adjacent to and in contact with at least one of the cold layers (42); and brazing the hot layers (44) and cold layers (42) together to form a core.
