Disclosed is an electroluminescent display device comprising a substrate, a bank provided on the substrate and configured to define a first emission area and a second emission area, a first emission layer provided in the first emission area, a second emission layer provided in the second emission area, a first electrode provided below the first emission layer, and a second electrode provided below the second emission layer, wherein a thickness of a first portion of the first electrode is larger than a thickness of a first portion of the second electrode .According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, it is possible to decrease the thickness of the red emission layer. Thus, when the red emission layer is formed by the solution process, it is possible to decrease the number of times that solution is sprayed through the inkjet nozzle, thereby shortening the processing time. Also, it is possible to prevent the thickness of the blue emission layer from being decreased, whereby it is possible to realize a uniform profile in the blue emission layer, and to prevent a dark spot in the area of the blue emission layer.
