Disclosed is a titanium alloy sheet for electrode, including at least one of 0.1 to 1.0% by mass of Al and 0.1 to 1.0% by mass of Si, with the balance being Ti and inevitable impurities, wherein the total content of Al and Si is 0.2 to 1.0% by mass and an average grain size is 5 to 20 µm.
