Zusammenfassung:A display device is provided that can improve reliability by preventing an increase in the resistance of second electrodes and preventing moisture penetration. The display device comprises: a substrate comprising an emitting region (EP) and a non-emitting region (NP); an auxiliary electrode (AE3) located in the non-emitting region; a first passivation film (PAS1) that covers the emitting region and the auxiliary electrode in the non-emitting region and comprises a first passivation hole exposing the auxiliary electrode; an overcoat layer (OC) that disposes on the first passivation film and comprises an over-hole exposing the auxiliary electrode; a first barrier layer (PTL1) that disposes on the first passivation film and the overcoat layer and makes contact with the auxiliary electrode; a second passivation film (PAS2) that disposes on the first barrier layer and comprises a second passivation hole exposing the first barrier layer; a bank layer (BNK) with a bank hole that disposes on the second passivation film and comprises a bank hole exposing the first barrier layer and having an undercut structure; an organic layer (EML) that disposes on the bank layer and is disconnected by the undercut structure; and a second electrode (CAT) that disposes on the organic layer and makes contact with the first barrier layer via the bank hole of the bank layer.
