Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is a thick steel plate containing: C: 0.02 to 0.10% by mass, Mn: 1.0 to 2.0% by mass, Nb: more than 0% by mass and 0.05% by mass or less, Ti: more than 0% by mass and 0.05% by mass or less, Al: 0.01 to 0.06% by mass, Si: 0.1 to 0.6% by mass, and Cu: 0.1 to 0.6% by mass, with the balance being iron and inevitable impurities, and the total of Si and Cu is 0.3% by mass or more, wherein a worked ferrite fraction is 50% or more in an area ratio, an effective grain size of grains is 30 µm or less, a martensite-austenite mixed phase is 5% or less in an area ratio, and the value of a dislocation density ρ measured by X-ray diffraction is 1.0 × 10mor more and 2.5 × 10mor less.
