Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides method for producing a spherical aluminum nitride powder including the steps of:(i) mixing an Al precursor and a flux in a solvent to produce a mixed solution;(ii) spray-drying the mixed solution produced in step (i);(iii) mixing the spray-dried powder with a carbon-based material; heat treating the mixture of step (iii) in a nitrogen atmosphere; and the heat-treated compound of step(iv) to a decarbonization treatment in an air atmosphere, wherein the flux is at least one selected from the group consisting of CuO, TiO, BiO, and CuO; or a mixture of at least one selected from the group consisting of CuO, TiO, BiO, and CuO and at least one selected from the group consisting of CaFand YO.
