Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a medical upper garment (10) having: a longitudinal direction or direction of wear (2) and a transverse or circumferential direction (4), a main part (12), sleeves adjoining the main part on both sides, and a gathering element (30) on the sleeves, the sleeves being short sleeves (14). Each short sleeve (14) has an outer sleeve element (16) with a first inner side (18) and a first distal end (20). An inner sleeve element (22) with a second proximal end (24) and a second distal end (26) is arranged on the first inner side (18) of the outer sleeve element (16). A gathering element (30) is provided on the inner sleeve element. The inner sleeve element does not extend beyond the first distal end (20) of the outer sleeve element (16).
