Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a wet cleaning appliance (1) having a cleaning roller (3) rotatably mounted about a roller axis (2) and a roller covering (4) at least partly surrounding the cleaning roller (3) in the circumferential direction. In order to improve the transport of liquid within the roller covering (4), according to invention, the roller covering (4) has a portion of a flow guiding structure (6) winding helically in the axial direction at least in a subregion of an inner wall (5) of the roller covering (4).
