Zusammenfassung:A vehicle lower structure includes a plate-shaped under cover (10) configured to be attached to a lower section of a vehicle (C) to form a part of an underside of the vehicle (C), and an air-permeable sound-absorbing member (40), which is attached to an upper surface of the under cover (10). The under cover (10) includes one or more vent holes (38) extending through the under cover (10) in a thickness direction. The sound-absorbing member (40) is attached to the under cover (10) so as to close the one or more vent holes (38).
