Zusammenfassung:	A centering device is described arranged between a bar feeder and a lathe to keep the bar centered during processing and to limit the oscillation of the bar during its rotation; the centering device comprises two guide assemblies each of which in turn comprises three rolling members arranged at 120° about a centering axis for rotatably supporting the bar; each rolling member is adjustable in a radial position by means of a pin which slides within a groove formed in a rotatable adjustment body about the centering axis upon control of a motor for adjusting the radial distance of the rolling element from the centering axis and allowing to support bars of different diameters.
