The invention relates to a cleaning device comprising - a device body (22); - a lid (24); - a pivot bearing assembly (26), via which the lid (24) is pivotably mounted on the device body (22); and - a support assembly (56), via which the lid (24) can be supported on the device body (22) in a defined open pivot position (54), wherein the support assembly (56) comprises at least one support element (60) and a guide track assembly (58) associated with the at least one support element (60), and the at least one support element (60) includes an element (74) guided on the guide track assembly (58), wherein the guide track assembly (58) comprises a first track (78) and a second track (80) for the guided element (74) and, in a transition area (98), the inlet end of the second track (80) is joined to the first track (78) and the outlet end of the second track (80) transitions into the first track (78), and wherein a lock (140) is disposed in the transition area (98), which allows entry of the guided element (74) from the first track (78) into the second track (80), through the inlet end of the second track (80), blocks entry from the first track (78) into the second track (80), through the outlet end of the second track (80), and allows entry into the first track (78) from the second track (80), through the outlet end of the second track (80).
