Distinguished in that the inner-wall element (12a-12i, 14, 14a, 14b, 15, 15a, 15b, 44, 61a-61d) is designed in the form of a hollow profile, wherein a large side surface (22, 36, 45) of the hollow profile has an aperture along a peripheral region (49a, 49b) of the open side (50a, 50b) of the hollow profile, wherein a narrow side surface (22, 36, 45), along a longitudinal extent of the hollow profile, projects beyond the aperture.
