[Problem] To provide: a wireless communication device capable of preventing, on the basis of a transmission signal, the wireless communication device from being identified as other wireless communication devices with a simple configuration; a wireless communication system; a wireless communication method; and a wireless communication program. [Solution] An amplifying unit 11 generates a transmission signal by amplifying a signal. A processing unit 12 processes the signal and/or the transmission signal. A storage unit 13 has a plurality of parameters stored therein, said parameters being to be used for the purpose of the processing. A parameter selection unit 14 selects one parameter from among the parameters stored in the storage unit 13. Then, the processing unit 12 performs the processing on the basis of the one parameter thus selected by the parameter selection unit 14.
