Zusammenfassung:	A power storage device positive electrode having an excellent activation property from the initial charge/discharge stage, and a power storage device employing the positive electrode are provided. The power storage device positive electrode includes an active material including at least one of polyaniline and a polyaniline derivative, a conductive agent, and a binder, wherein the active material including at least one of the polyaniline and the polyaniline derivative has a polyaniline oxidant proportion of not less than 45 wt.% based on the overall weight of the polyaniline active material, wherein the binder has Hansen solubility parameters such that the sum of a polarity term and a hydrogen bonding term is not greater than 20 MPa 1/2 .
