METHOD AND SYSTEM TO DETERMINE CAPABILITIES OF BOTS

The present disclosure relates to a system and a method of automated interaction with a chat bot, to determine whether a bot satisfies user's needs without installing the bot (i.e. befriending the bot) and having to interacting with it. To this end, systems and methods according to the present disclosure comprise/execute the steps of: - receiving, from the chat bot, an input message; - obtaining, from the received input message, structured message data; - determining, based on the structured message data, whether the received input message pertains to a request for specific information; and if it is determined that the received input messages pertains to a request for specific information: - generating, based on the structured message data, a response message to be sent to the chat bot; and - sending, to the chat bot, the response message to elicit an additional input message from the chat bot; and - updating a data structure, by storing at least one of the structured message data and the response message in the data structure.
