FAN BLADE PLATFORM

A fan assembly (11) includes a first fan blade (12) with a rib (36) extending therealong and a first fairing platform (32A or 32B) mounted on and supported from the first fan blade. The first fairing platform has a flange (40A or 40B) with a groove (42A or 42B) that mates with the rib.
