Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a contact arm (2) for a pantograph disconnector (1) and to the use of said contact arm, said contact arm comprising at least one profiled body (5) and at least one contact element (6). The at least one profiled body (5) is rod-shaped, and the at least one contact element (6) is bar-shaped, having a T profile. The method for using the contact arm (2) comprises that, in the switched-on state of the current path of the pantograph disconnector (1), the T-shaped contact element (6) of the movable contact arm (2), fastened to the profiled body (5) of the contact arm (2), is electrically and mechanically in contact with a fixed contact (19), in particular with a fixed contact (19) in the form of a round bar.
