Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a positioning method and device for improving precision of positioning. The method comprises: acquiring an electrical signal vector in a current location of a UE unit, and determining a current base station of the UE unit; determining multiple mesh areas corresponding to a coverage area of the base station; and determining the current location of the UE unit according to a distance between the electrical signal vector in the current location of the UE unit and an electrical signal vector in each of the mesh areas and a preset reference distance corresponding to the base station.
