The system comprising a hearing device comprising a processing unit configured to receive an input signal and provide a processed output signal for compensating a hearing loss of a user; an electronic device configured to communicate with the hearing device; a server configured for communicating with the electronic device, wherein the server comprises one or more of: a plurality of initial fitting parameters, a plurality of audiograms of the user, and/or a plurality of current settings of the hearing device; a computing program in the server; wherein the electronic device is configured to transmit a service request to the server upon a detection of an unsatisfactory processed output signal; where the server transmits the required services/info to the computing program; wherein the computing program is configured to process the service request and provide a response to the service request based on required services/info; where the computing program is configured to transmit the response to the hearing device via the server and via the electronic device.
