Zusammenfassung: | System, method and control unit for monitoring and controlling operation of an electro-mechanical system (280, 380, 480, 780a-c, 810, 1200) are provided. The method includes receiving sensor data from a plurality of sensors (282-288, 382-388, 482, 484, 725, 730, 735) associated with operation of the electro-mechanical system. A system response associated with at least one failure mode of the electro-mechanical system (280, 380, 480, 780a-c, 810, 1200) is determined from the sensor data. A simulated response associated with the at least one failure mode of the electro-mechanical system (280, 380, 480, 780a-c, 810, 1200) is received from a system model. Further, the method includes generating a hybrid model of the electro-mechanical system (280, 380, 480, 780a-c, 810, 1200) in real-time based on the system response and the simulated response. A diagnosis of the electro-mechanical system (280, 380, 480, 780a-c, 810, 1200) is generated based on the hybrid model and a life trend of the electro-mechanical system (280, 380, 480, 780a-c, 810, 1200) is predicted based on the diagnosis. |
