Zusammenfassung:A sleep system comprises an infant calming/sleep-aid device 2258 comprising a crib device including a platform operatively coupled to a motor for moving the platform in a reciprocating motion. The sleep system further comprises a control system 2216 for controlling the motion of the platform in an operational mode and including a sensor for detecting an infant or a secure condition associated with an infant with respect to the movable platform. Motion of the platform with respect to an operational mode is discontinued or not initiated when the infant or the secure condition is not detected.
