Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure discloses an atomization device for preparing metal alloy powder, including a main body provided with an atomization chamber. The atomization chamber includes: an inlet that is configured to introduce metal alloy liquid; a high-pressure inert gas pipeline system that is configured to provide a high-pressure inert gas as an atomizing medium and power for the metal alloy liquid introduced into an atomization zone of the atomization chamber, to atomize the metal alloy liquid; and an oxygen-containing gas pipeline system that is configured to transfer oxygen-containing gas to the atomization zone, to passivate a surface of the metal alloy powder obtained after atomization. The present disclosure further discloses a method for preparing the metal alloy powder.
