METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF AN ELECTRIC CONNECTING CONTACT ON COATED SHEET METAL

The invention relates to a method for producing an electric terminal contact (6) on a coated sheet (1), the coating (2) of which has at least one electric conductor track (4) that is covered by an electric insulation layer (5). In the method, a tool (9) is positioned relative to the electric conductor track (4), and a recess (8) is then produced through the electric insulation layer (5) at least up to the electric conductor track (4) using the tool (9). In the next step, an electrically conductive contact element (7) is provided in the recess (8), one end (7.1) of said contact element electrically adjoining the conductor track (4) and the other end (7.2) forming the electric terminal contact (6). In order to improve the reproducibility of the method, the sheet (1) is scanned using an infrared detector (10), wherein a heat distribution (12) of the sheet (1) is formed from the scan data (12.1, 12.2, 12.3), and the heat distribution (12) is used to determine location information (13) on the conductor track (4) of the sheet (1), said location information (13) being taken into consideration when positioning the tool (9).
