Zusammenfassung:This cigarette (1) with a filter is provided with a cigarette rod (11), a filter (12) disposed at a downstream end of the cigarette rod, and a tipping paper (13) which is wound around a downstream end part of the cigarette rod and the outer circumferential surface of the filter, and connects the cigarette rod and the filter. At least a part of the tipping paper is transparent, the transparent part of the tipping paper having a smoothness of not more than 1500 sec and a transparency of not less than 30%. The tipping paper is made of paper.
