Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to oral and dental hygiene and cleaning agents, which contain - relative to their weight - 500 to 1600 ppm fluoride, calculated as F-, and at least one periostin-stimulating agent from the group comprising a. extract(s) of plants of the genus Helichrysum, b. the transforming growth factors TGF-beta, c. the TGF-beta stimulating factors from the group of 1,4-dihydropyridine-type calcium channel blockers, resulting in reduced "detachment" and also promoting readhesion of the gum from gingival pockets or lesions ("retachment").
