Zusammenfassung:	A nucleic acid analyzer (100) includes: a first container setting part (110) that sets a first container (10) including reagent storages which store reagents for nucleic acid extraction such that the reagent storages of the first container (10) are provided along an X-axis; a dispensing unit (140) that transfers, along the-X axis from the first container (10), extraction liquid containing nucleic acids extracted in the first container (10) using the reagents for nucleic acid extraction; a second container setting part (120) that is provided along the X-axis and sets a second container (20), the second container (20) including an injection port (21) through which the extraction liquid transferred by the dispensing unit (140) is injected, storages (22) that store reagents for amplifying the nucleic acids in the extraction liquid, and a flow path (23) that connects the injection port (21) and the storages (22); and a detection part (240) that detects a nucleic acid amplification reaction which occurs in the storages (22).
