Zusammenfassung:Disclosed are service access, and a control method and apparatus therefor, these being used for controlling the rights of different UE accessing different services in a local service application scenario. The service access control method comprises: a local service access control server receiving a local service access request message from a UE, wherein an identifier of a local service is carried in the local service access request message; and the local service access control server determining whether the UE has a right to access the local service according to the identifier of the local service, and sending a corresponding feedback message to the UE.
