The food composition of the present invention is characterized by containing a yeast extract obtained from yeast belonging to the genus Saccharomyces. The combination of the present invention comprises the food composition of the present invention and a food composition containing grain as a main raw material. In one aspect, the food composition containing grain as a main raw material comprises a resistant starch.
