Zusammenfassung:	An abnormality detection device (1) includes an intake amount acquisition unit (141), which acquires intake amount data indicating an intake amount when an EGR valve (52) is being in a certain state, the intake amount being measured at a plurality of different times, a storage unit (13), which stores a plurality of the intake amount data acquired by the intake amount acquisition unit (141), in association with a time at which the intake amount is measured, and an abnormality detection unit (142), which detects an abnormality of the EGR valve (52) based on a changing tendency of a plurality of the intake amounts measured during a certain period.
