Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a sliding and lifting mechanism of a rack of a piece of furniture or domestic appliance, having a pull-out guide (6) with a basic-structure rail (61) and a running rail (63), and having a lifting device which is arranged on the running rail (63) and carries the rack. The sliding and lifting mechanism is distinguished by the presence of a pivotably mounted blocking lever (7) which, when the rack is raised, in a locking position, blocks movement of the running rail (63) in relation to the basic-structure rail (61). The invention also relates to a piece of furniture or domestic appliance having such a sliding and lifting mechanism.
