Zusammenfassung:	The present invention refers to a kitchen hood, comprising a collecting section with a filtering device inserted therein, wherein the filtering device comprises a filtering panel made of a filtering material arranged in a support frame, and wherein the hood further comprises a plurality of pivotable louvres associated with said support frame, in order to at least partially cover said panel of filtering material. Said directing device (7) comprises a directing frame (13) in which louvres (7') are disposed at an inclination angle (±) with respect to a plane of the directing device (7), said louvres (7') being pivotable about its longitudinal axis which is in essence parallel with a filtering panel (6), and in which directing walls (18) are disposed at an inclination angle (²) with respect to the plane of the directing device (7).
