The problem is solved by a method for stabilizing at least one solid pigment selected from the group consisting of solid carotenoid pigments and solid curcumin pigments, the method comprising the step of mixing the solid pigment with a lipophilic liquid in an amount of 200 parts by mass or less per 100 parts by mass of the solid pigment.
