The main cutter (30, 42) is oriented at an angle relative to the auxiliary cutter (32, 48), and the auxiliary cutter (32, 48) has an auxiliary cutter bevel (16, 54). According to the invention, the width of each auxiliary cutter bevel (16, 54) increases in the angled region in the axial direction of the tool head (28) end face from the auxiliary cutter (32, 48) to the main cutter (30, 42) and is expanded in the angled region in the direction of the tool head (28) end face in a continuous manner, in particular in a radial, curved, linear, or parabolic manner.
