Zusammenfassung:There is provided an attractive advertisement to a turn-waiting user. The main attribute deciding portion 410 decides a main attribute of users waiting for their turns in a store to which advertisements are to be provided, in response to an advertisement request from the management server 300. The advertisement selecting portion 420 selects one or more advertisements suitable for the users from among a plurality of advertisements registered with an advertisement database DB 430 in consideration of the main attribute. The advertisement distributing portion 450 transmits the selected one or more advertisements to the turn management terminal 100 of a corresponding store as advertisement information.
