For example, a method is provided that includes generating, using a processing system of a touchpoint, local processor results that include travel data and options in response to a shipping container reaching the touchpoint, generating, using a cloud based processing system, cloud processor results that include travel data and options in response to the shipping container reaching the touchpoint, receiving the cloud processor results and the local processor results at the shipping container, displaying the cloud processor results and the local processor results on a graphical user interface at the shipping container, and receiving a selection by a user of a route based on the cloud processor results and the local processor results.
