In one exemplary embodiment, a thrust ring (220a) may include a body including a cylindrical outer surface (465), a cylindrical inner surface (470), defining a central axis, an axial direction, a circumferential direction, a first axial end (520-1), a second axial end (520-2), and at least one recess on the first axial end (520-1), and at least one protrusion (540) extending from the cylindrical inner surface (470) toward the central axis.
