Zusammenfassung:	An embodiment of the invention relates to a dental prosthesis (400) for replacing at least one tooth extracted from a patient, comprising a first manufactured portion configured for osseointegration, the first manufactured portion is shaped to conform to a first design, the first design being at least partially derived from in-vivo first imaging data of at least a portion of the dental anatomy of the patient; wherein the first manufactured portion is shaped to conform to at least a portion of the root shape of the tooth to be replaced; and wherein the dental prosthesis (400), further comprising a second manufactured portion configured to be integrated into the existing occlusion of the patient's dentition, the second manufactured portion is shaped to conform to a second design, the second design being at least partially derived from second imaging data of at least a portion of the dental anatomy of the patient, and the dental prosthesis (400) is fabricated to conform to first design and to the second design prior to the clinical process inserting the dental prosthesis (400) into an extraction socket of the patient.
