Zusammenfassung:	Provided are an internal check mirror for an overhead bin that makes it possible to increase the size of a mirror image while having substantially equivalent weight to a conventional one and improve visibility, and a method for manufacturing the same. An internal check mirror 1 for an overhead bin comprising a Fresnel mirror 2 having a convex mirror function is configured by arranging a plurality of minute circular grooves 4 having V-shaped cross-sections concentrically on the back surface side of a substrate 3 formed from a transparent resin, covering the surface of these minute grooves 4 with a reflective film 5, and covering the reflective film 5 with a protective layer 6. The thickness of the Fresnel mirror 2 is 0.1 - 1.0 mm, and the radius of curvature of a virtual arc based on the inclined surfaces 4a of the plurality of minute grooves 4 is 200 - 1000 mm.
