Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a rotational solid for machining and/or processing products, having at least one functional portion which rotates during operation and a support portion connected to the functional portion, the support portion consisting at least in part of a foam material. The invention also relates to a method for producing a rotational solid that has at least one functional portion which rotates during operation and a support portion connected to the functional portion. The method comprises the following steps: providing a foaming mould that comprises at least one chamber, the chamber being delimited at least in part by at least one mould component belonging to the finished rotational solid, and the chamber containing a foamable starting material; and foaming the starting material that is in the chamber.
