Zusammenfassung:An upper insulator (272) and a lower insulator (273) each include extended portions (2723, 2733) each extending in a circumferential direction near a radially outer end of a corresponding one of teeth (2712). The teeth (2712) are each provided with a coil (274) formed of a conducting wire that is wound around the tooth (2712) with the upper insulator (272) and the lower insulator (273) in between. The extended portions (2733) of the lower insulator (273) each have a guide portion (G1) at an edge on a circumferentially outer and upper side near a region (R1) where the conducting wire is led from the upper side toward the lower side when wound into the coil (274).
