Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a furniture board, in particular for suspended sliding doors, comprising a board (4) provided with at least one first tensioning element (15) for generating a bending moment onto the board (4), and at least one second tensioning element (15) for generating a bending moment onto the board (4). The first tensioning element (15) and the second tensioning element (15) generate at least partially a bending moment in different areas of the board (4) in an operative direction of the tensioning elements (15). The invention further relates to a sliding door. The deflection of the furniture board is reduced by the tensioning elements.
