The conjugate self-assembles to form distinct nanometric structures such as nanospheres. The present invention further provides nanoparticles formed by supramolecular co-assembly of the conjugates with a diphenylalanine (FF) dipeptide or analog thereof, to generate bioactive self-assembled nanostructures.
