Zusammenfassung:	A steering device (100) includes: an inner tube (3); an outer tube (2) that fixes the inner tube (3) by fastening the inner tube (3) from an outer side, and has a first slit (21) extending in an axial direction; a pair of clamp brackets (4A, 4B) that is disposed so that the clamp brackets (4A, 4B) face each other with the first slit (21) therebetween; and a reinforcing member (7) that is connected to one of the clamp brackets (4A, 4B) and also connected to a connection region (26) that is a region of an outer circumferential surface of the outer tube (2) and located farther on one side in the axial direction than an end of the first slit (21) on the one side in the axial direction.
