Zusammenfassung:	An information terminal (400) includes: a first communication unit (401) that performs wireless communication with a wireless base station (32) connected to a wide area network (31); a second communication unit (402) that performs communication by a communication scheme different from the first communication unit (401); and a controller (403) that: controls the second communication unit (402) to receive first management information from a power management system (10) that is installed in a facility (20) and includes a storage battery (109), the first management information including information relating to the storage battery (109); and controls the first communication unit (401) to transmit second management information generated based on the first management information received, to a server (30) outside the facility (20) as a destination, the server (30) being connected to the wide area network (31).
