The method comprising: detecting, using a sensor system (205), performance data (325) for an elevator system (204), the elevator system (204) including one or more elevator cars (204 1-n); receiving an issue report from a user mobile device (208a); determining a maintenance issue of the elevator system (204) in response to at least one of the issue report and the performance data (325); and transmitting the maintenance issue to a maintenance device (208b).
