Zusammenfassung:	An object of the present invention is to provide a compacted pharmaceutical preparation which has an excellent masking effect of reducing an unpleasant taste caused by an acidic drug and is capable of stably maintaining a good ingestion feeling without reducing the masking effect on the unpleasant taste over time. A compacted pharmaceutical preparation of the present invention achieving the above object is characterized by containing coated particles obtained by applying a film of an enteric-soluble polymer to core particles containing an acidic drug, a gastric-soluble polymer, a water-insoluble polymer, and a water-soluble polymer.
