Zusammenfassung: | Embodiments of the present invention relate to a phosphor plate having improved transmissivity and scattering rate. The phosphor plate according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a sintered layer in which a mixture including an inorganic phosphor and glass frit is sintered, wherein the sintered layer further includes voids therein. A manufacturing method of the phosphor plate according to one embodiment of the present invention includes mixing the inorganic phosphor, the glass frit, a binder resin, and an additive to generate the mixture, performing a burnout operation on the mixture to remove residual carbon and form circular voids, and sintering the mixture on which the burnout operation is performed to form the sintered layer. The embodiments of the present invention may provide a phosphor plate which forms various shapes, has a simple manufacturing process, and has an improved beam angle and transmissivity. |
