Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a method for the production of a positive electrode intended for use in an alkali metal-ion electrochemical device. The method comprises the synthesis of a layer (5) of a metal halide, involving the electrochemical treatment of a current collector (1). The electrochemical treatment of the method involves the spontaneous corrosion of the current collector. The invention also relates to an electrochemical device adapted to be the seat of the spontaneous corrosion reaction of the method of the invention.
